DEMOLITION
Completed December 2022.
PERIMETER SHORING SYSTEM WALL
Installation of site retention perimeter walls by CF Group has now been completed and the subcontractors have de-mobilised off the site.
PILING
Completed in August 2024 with both piling rigs now demobilised off the site
EXCAVATION
Excavation was commenced in July 2024 and all excavation works down to B6 now complete. 130,000m3 of sand has been removed from the site.
LOADING DECK
Level 1 loading deck has been constructed and complete. This gives the site a loading area to avoid local area traffic congestion.
SHEET PILE RETENTION SYSTEMS
Western and eastern core systems have been installed and completed. This now allows works to start core base works and waterproofing.
CONCRETE SATELLITE PUMP
Concrete satellite pump has been erected on site.
CONCRETE RETENTION SLABS
B1, B3, and B5 donut slabs have been poured and completed. B6 slab will be completed in October 2025. Ongoing works continue to pour all major foundations that support the residential tower structures.
DEWATERNG SYSTEM
Site dewatering system has been installed and completed to manage all water levels throughout construction. Once B6 slab is poured, all drainage will be finalised.
TOWER CRANES
All three tower cranes are now fully installed on site.
JUMP SYSTEM
In the lead up to the end of 2025, the formwork for V&A will begin assembly.
