DEMOLITION
Completed December 2022.
PERIMETER SHORING SYSTEM WALL
Installation of site retention perimeter walls by CF Group has now been completed and the subcontractors have de-mobilised off the site.
PILING
Completed in August 2024 with both piling rigs now demobilised off the site
EXCAVATION
Excavation commenced in July 2024 and the first of the donut slabs has been poured.
AUGUST CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
We’re delighted to let our purchasers and prospective purchasers know that construction has been progressing exceedingly well over the last several months, bolstered by the great weather here on the Gold Coast. Piling is expected to be completed in early August, at which time piling equipment will be demobilised and moved offsite
