DEMOLITION

PERIMETER SHORING SYSTEM WALL
Installation of site retention perimeter walls by CF Group — this will be carried out from the beginning of March through to August 2023.
FOUNDATION PILING
Starts June 2023 and will be completed by December 2023.
MAY CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
V&A is now in the second phase of construction following the demolition completion late last year. The site-retention perimeter wall is currently underway, with the largest pylon rig in Australia being commissioned to ensure a speedy completion.
