An Evening at the V&A Broadbeach Display Suite

On Wednesday 30 September, we welcomed 50 buyers and friends of V&A to the display suite for drinks, canapés and a panel discussion with key project team members, hosted by property journalist Liz Tilley.

Raith Anderson, Director and Architect at DBI, talked through how V&A was first conceived, the amenity on offer, and how the building is taking shape for the people who will live there. Anna Goh, Director and Interior Designer at DBI, spoke about designing homes rather than simply apartments, and bringing a sense of luxury into each residence.

Simon Hughes, Senior Project Manager at Iris Built, gave an update on construction, which has moved quickly over the past few months, with the structure now at levels 7 and 10 respectively. He also shared what’s planned before the end of the year and confirmed that full prototype apartments will be open to view early next year.

David Higgins, Director (Residential) at Colliers, then discussed why V&A continues to attract interest and the opportunities still available within the project.

Once the panel wrapped up, guests stayed on to look around the display suite, meet the speakers and talk to the Colliers sales agents.
