CONSTRUCTION MOVES FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH

Construction moves from strength to strength at V&A this Spring!

The structure continues to grow, keeping the project on track for a 2028 move-in date. The west tower has reached level 7, while the east has risen to level 10.

Slabs across the towers and podium are progressing and being poured – level 4 for the podium, 5 for the east tower, and 7 for the west tower.

Taking a large step, the chiller plant has been lifted into position, and the backpropping has begun being removed. This allows key internal works to commence.

Construction will keep developing over the next few months. Key milestones include the installation of the screens to both towers which completes the jump system installation allowing the typical floor cycles to progress.

Façade will commence installation within the safety of the screens as the structure progresses, closely followed by the commencement of internal works within both towers.

The podium areas continue to progress with back propping now being removed allowing the internal works to progress across all floor areas.
