V&A has taken another significant step towards becoming Broadbeach’s landmark new precinct.
We’re thrilled to announce that Niecon Plaza is now under demolition, making room for the construction of the $800 million V&A precinct. The future site of V&A holds a prime position in central Broadbeach, located between Victoria and Albert Avenues and only a few minutes’ walk to Kurrawa Beach.
This is a huge step forward for Iris Capital and the entire project team, and we look forward to seeing the project’s continued progression.
V&A is set to transform Broadbeach
V&A — named after the site’s adjoining streets, Victoria Avenue and Albert Avenue – will comprise 399 state-of-the-art apartments over two towers and include a subtropical recreational podium, two levels of premium offices and commercial facilities, and fresh food and dining retail on street level.
“There is a great air of excitement about what V&A will do to transform central Broadbeach,” says David Higgins, Colliers’ Director of Residential.
The oceanside precinct will place residents in the vibrant heart of this iconic Gold Coast suburb, where everything you need is only a short walk from your front door.
Mamasan Broadbeach, a popular Asian fusion restaurant, is just a 5-minute walk from V&A.
V&A’s exceptional residences are now selling. Victoria Residences comprise premium 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments from $810,000, while Albert Residences consist of premium 3 & 4 bedroom residences from $2,150,000, plus an exclusive collection of penthouses.
