We’re thrilled to announce that Niecon Plaza is now under demolition, making room for the construction of the $800 million V&A precinct. The future site of V&A holds a prime position in central Broadbeach, located between Victoria and Albert Avenues and only a few minutes’ walk to Kurrawa Beach.
