V&A August Construction Update

Significant progress continues across the site, with the structure now visible well above ground on both the Victoria Ave and Albert street frontages. On the southern side of the site, the structure is complete up to podium level 4, with waterproofing progressing to allow plant to be lifted into position on the level 4 plant deck.

The West tower (Victoria) podium structure has now progressed up to level 6, and the façade has now been fully installed. In the east tower (Albert), the podium has progressed well up to level 5.

Tower crane 1 removal has been completed, clearing the way for the roof-level skylight to be installed. Both jump form systems are now fully expanded, picking up all tower concrete walls and columns.

Below ground, services installation and internal block work continue through the basement carpark, while the ramp is being cut out and formed. This will progress from B5 up to level 1 over the coming weeks.

Looking ahead, internal works for separable portion 1A will continue within the podium areas, and both towers will progress through core walls and columns into typical floors over the next two to three months.

As the towers continue to rise, the development remains firmly on track for its delivery timelines.
