Significant progress is being made at the V&A development, with construction activity now visible above ground across the site. Work through the basement levels is well advanced, with infilling of the slabs progressing steadily floor by floor. The team has also completed forming and pouring the last of the ground floor slab, a key structural milestone for the project.
Momentum is building on the podiums, with activity now at ground level and both residential cores making strong vertical progress. The eastern core, (Albert tower), and the western core, (Victoria tower), are both rising out of the ground and currently tracking around Level 2 of the podium structure.
The pace of construction reflects the project team’s commitment to program, with the development on track to reach Level 4 by midyear, a milestone that will mark a defining moment in the building’s progress.
As the structure continues to rise, the vision for V&A is becoming increasingly tangible. Buyers and stakeholders can look forward to regular updates as this landmark development takes shape. V&A remains firmly on track for its delivery timelines, with Albert scheduled for December 2027 and Victoria on program for mid-2028.
