We’re excited to provide our purchasers and prospective purchasers an update on the construction activity at the V&A site in Broadbeach.
V&A is now in the second phase of construction, following the demolition completion late last year. The site-retention perimeter wall is currently underway, beginning along Albert Avenue, with the largest pylon rig in Australia being commissioned to ensure a speedy completion!
“CF Group are doing a great job on the project so far,” Graham Goldman, Managing Director of Eastview, says.
“They’re committed to making sure we finish the early works by the end of August. This allows us to run on to the next part of the works – the foundation works.”

With Eastview managing the early works on behalf of Iris Capital, the project is progressing well while negotiations are underway with the main contractor. This will allow for a smooth and seamless transition when the main contractor commences works.
“We’re tracking well with our original time frames – by the end of February we will have all of our foundation works completed,” Graham Goldman, Managing Director at Eastview.
