Key works continue at V&A, with the completion of the B6 slab pour expected in the coming weeks. This is a major milestone for the construction, as the completion of B6 will enable the de-draining system to be finalised.
The final two tower cranes are scheduled to arrive on site in October, marking the establishment of all cranes required.

Securing subcontractors is key to maintaining build quality and schedule. All Tier 1 subcontractors have been procured, coinciding with paperwork processing as Iris Built nears the end of the design stage.
As the end of 2025 approaches, residents and locals can expect to see the start of the structure rising above street level. This process will continue into the new year as the formwork is assembled and the level slabs are connected.
